Abstract

We report a case of penoscrotal squamous cell carcinoma in a 63-year-old man with hypertension and HIV-1 infection. A surgical excision of the lesions was performed and the penile skin was reconstructed using two pedicled scrotal flaps. The evolution was good and without tumor recurrence over a 12-month follow-up.
