Abstract

Sclerotherapy is one of the indications for the management of bleeding due to grade 1 and 2 hemorrhoidal pathology after failure of medical treatment. Many urological complications have been reported after sclerotherapy, but erectile dysfunction is exceptionally associated with it. We report a case of erectile dysfunction occurring in a 37-year-old patient, received 8 months after 6 sessions of sclerosing agents’ injections as part of the treatment of his grade 2 hemorrhagic hemorrhoidal pathology.
